Private Apartment - Ludwigsvorstadt-Isarvorstadt, Munich
This recently renovated Jugendstil apartment got furnished by our Interior Design team. We decided to keep the interior bright as not much direct sunlight flows into the living room. Adding a white dining table brightens up the whole loft-like space.
The wall art provides a warm feeling with its natural color palette. In contrast to that, a light grey wall finish creates the perfect backdrop and is complemented by a whitewashed coffee table.
Private Apartment - Schwabing, Munich
A bright two story apartment in Munich’s high life area Schwabing got refurbished by our design team. The challenge was to keep everything tidy with enough space for personal belongings. The big tv screen was placed on the wall with a 440cm long tv sideboard for all media equipment.
We re-arranged the whole space to keep it minimal and clean to get all the sunlight in. The sofa works as a center piece in this room and is accompanied by a big palm tree to give the whole space a more natural touch.
Track lighting was installed for general lighting in the whole apartment for a cozy and warm atmosphere at night.
Rental Apartments - Kreuzberg + Charlottenburg, Berlin
The client (a medium-term stay rental company) wanted 12 modern two-room apartments for their tenants to feel like home while being away from home. So the rooms needed to have a light, airy and inviting feeling.
Carefully selected quality products were combined with design details such as Berlin specific artwork on the walls. The rooms were created to fit all needs and still leave room for own ideas and space for personal belongings.
Even though the budget and space restrictions (20-35m²) posed quite a challenge, our team of designers and architects managed to finish all interior fitting work for the apartments right on time and within budget.
